Sure it’s for kids but, yeah, we totally want this ourselves! Everyone seems to be freaking out about the latest gift idea from Radio Flyer, the “Luke Skywalker Landspeeder” for this upcoming holiday. Of course everyone is obsessed with all things Star Wars (guilty as charged!) and, seriously, how cool is this futuristic ride-on contraption?!
What most are calling the “Must-Have Christmas Gift For 2017” we agree that Santa may have to work a little overtime this year to get this one under your Christmas tree but, let’s face it, it’ll be worth it. The Landspeeder is inspired by the actual X-34 spacecraft from “Star Wars: A New Hope” and easily fits two official space riders (we’re not recommending it, but we think we can fit in there as just one person and ride all around the yard).
Beyond the fact that the Landspeeder goes up to 5 mph (or you can choose to just go 2 mph if the kiddos think it’s going too fast), it also comes equipped with the coolest and most interactive dashboard that lights up and plays real movie sounds from the actual movie. The battery is 12 volt and totally rechargeable so feel free to let them have at it all the live-long day. Please note it’s really for ages 4 and older and can support up to 130 lbs.
