WHO WE ARE

Jenraly, ( pronounced jen • r • uh • lee ) is Internet for “deals”  and was started way back in the year 2015.  What started out as a website that focused on “top ten lists” on a wide variety of categories for men, women, and kids has eventually morphed into something we feel can actually help people on an everyday basis…make smarter buying decisions and save some cash.

A spinoff of the Brostrick, LLC umbrella that was founded in 2014, we finally had our Oprah “ah-ha” moment when we realized that have been researching and writing about thousands of products and noticed that we truly were on the front lines of just about every major deal and sale taking place on just about a daily basis.  However, we never really focused on those.  Enter, Jenraly.

Through our editorially team that spans multiple categories, disciplines, and backgrounds, Jenraly will showcase hand-selected sales, deals and products that our editors find to actually be worth it.  Not only that, we’ll be highlighting major retailer sales throughout the year; think Amazon Prime Day, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, Wayfair’s Way Day, and just about everything in between.  Our goal is to keep you on the front lines of the best-of-the-best deals out there so you can snag them before they’re gone!

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

We’re real people.  We are editors.  We are on the front lines of every deal, sale, and sales event happening each day all throughout the year.

While we use our own proprietary internal data to help make decisions and currently have relationships with hundreds of the top retailers, our editors are hand-selecting which sales and products go on the site, which articles are written about and, most times, which images are used.

We’re not robots using automated systems or data feeds that just auto-populate random junk onto the site.  So, you’re not going to find like a $0.25 coupon to Subway here.  Speaking of which, we’re not a coupon site either.  We may reference certain retailers that have promotions or coupons, but that will come directly from them.  You know those sites that have users just post random coupon codes to their site and those codes never work?  Like, ever?  Yeah, that’s not us.  So you won’t find that here.  Ever.

Finally, we have the experience.   Like a lot of it.   Combined, our editorial team has been researching, reviewing, and writing about products in endless categories for the past decade on a variety of websites.  Some of those websites are the biggest brands and publishers in the business (humble brag).  You’ll get to know all of them below and through their author profiles.  If they find a deal they think is actually worth while, they’re going to share it.  If they think it’s just a smoke and mirrors sale price, they’re going to just skip it.

WHAT WE DO

The deals and sales events that are covered here at Jenraly are created and hand-selected, researched, and written about from actual human editors (go figure!).  They are not chosen or created from an algorithm, robot (meep-borp) or Artificial Intelligence.

Jenraly and our sister sites have more than 10 years of creating product-related content and have been capturing data, product trends, price trends, retailer behavior, sales trends and more.  Outside of our relationships and partnerships with hundreds of the top retailers (both online and in-store), we’re constantly using our own proprietary internal data to help determine which product deals are actually worth it and which may be a hard pass this time around.  Because, remember, not every sale price is actually a truly good deal.

There’s a lot out there to save on and a lot of sales to be had – but it goes beyond just getting 50% off that Keurig machine you’ve been eyeing since Cyber Monday.  Our editors will cover, not only, that specific Keurig machine (for example), but all the Keurig machines.  And not only all the Keurig machines, but all the coffee machines.  And then not only all the coffee machines, but the ones that are those most discounted during Amazon Prime Day.  And then not just during that event, but perhaps the top Keurig’s heavily discounted directly from the Keurig brand themselves during their Black Friday event.  Make sense?  A bit complicated, but the point is our editors are covering these deals at just about every point they’re at in the buying and deals process to help you save the most throughout the year.

Sure the biggest deals take place during major sales events like Black Friday, Amazon Prime Day, Memorial Day, etc but most of us are looking to save a little something at the exact moment when we’re looking to make that purchase even when those major events aren’t taking place.  Our editors are working daily to showcase the best sale prices they can on a wide variety of products every single day of the week.  365 days of the year.

Look, we’re human.  And sometimes we get it wrong.  The prices we’re listing are typically accurate at the time of article publication.  However, sometimes a retailer changes their price at the last minute and we’re not notified and, well, sometimes it just slips through the cracks.  Have you ever seen Amazon, Target, and Walmart get into a pissing contest over having the lowest price on a particular product and they each keep lowering their price by a penny?  A PENNY!?  We miss that sometimes.  So, we try to immediately correct that when we can.  We apologize in advance!

WHAT WE DON'T DO

Only human editors here!  We don’t use robots or algos to create any content here.  All the deals or sales content you’re seeing has been hand selected and created by one of the human editors at Jenraly.

Meaning:  You can’t send our editors something to ensure that we add you to an article or place you somewhere on the site.

We’re always happy to accept products for consideration, but please note that this in no way guarantees that the product or brand will ever make it to the site.  In fact, it usually doesn’t.  And if it does, the product, brand, or retailer will be specifically labeled as so.  We want to make it clear to the reader that we did receive this product for free and enjoyed it enough to place it on the site.

Overall we don’t have coupons on Jenraly in the way other sites do.  If we list out a coupon from a retailer it’s typically in reference to the ones that the retailer is offering.  We do not allow users to upload any coupons or codes to our site like many other sites do.  Those never work anyway, right?

Sure we’re a business and we like making money, but we’re not only choosing products on sale or working with retailers strictly if we make a commission.  Our affiliate disclosure here will go into more details on how that all works.  But, it’s worth noting we work with plenty of retailers and reference many products where we actually don’t make a commission at all.  It all comes out in the wash.

In the world we all live in today, our privacy (your privacy) is of the utmost importance.  Jenraly does not collect any of your information to share or sell.  Read more about our privacy policy here.
