We’re big fans of all things Anthropologie. Whether it’s apparel, accessories, or even some of the coolest things for your home, they have just about everything covered.
The Review Rundown:
I hadn’t been to Anthropologie in year, but I luckily rediscovered them during the pandemic. Isn’t that really when we all expanded our options when we shopped out all of our normal go-to’s? I always thought they were pricier than I remember, but I was able to get my, now favorite, “work from home” super comfy joggers for 20% off…and you know how I feel about a bargain!
As you know, one of my favorite places to shop online is Everlane. I now put Anthropologie in that category. They have the unique factor I love and a ton of color choices, which is a real win-win for me since so much of wardrobe ranges from black to grey. Hey, sometimes I toss in blue. Don’t judge!
I had always thought Anthro (I call it that. I don’t think anyone else does?) was more formal clothing (think: J. Crew), but there are a bunch of different styles to choose from. I’m more of a boho chic mixed with modern sporty and since so much of my time is spent WFH and on endless Zoom call meetings I want to be comfortable, but still look good. If you can relate, definitely check them out and buy yourself a little happy!
Since you know I love my beauty treatments (think: endless facial masks) I end up spending a lot of time shopping their beauty and wellness section. My faves are definitely their eye-gel masks. I can never have enough. Like, ever. Without being a total cheapo, I love how well they’re priced especially when I want to try out a bunch of different ones. So many of my favorites were priced at only $5, which is pretty amazing. I’m always a bit nervous of getting face masks from Amazon because I never really known where they’re coming from, so Anthro makes me feel so much better about that.
I also wanted to recommend to check them out for anyone you’re looking to gift this year. I’m like a pro shopper, but when everyone on my list already has everything, it all becomes too much One thing I’ve been gifting everyone this year (birthday and Christmas) has been that trendy block letter monogram necklace (like the one that Alexis wore all the time on Schitt’s Creek). Not only is it on trend, but it was actually really affordable so it made a quick pick for a bunch of people I needed to buy for. Here’s their entire gift section in case you’re stumped!

Legit Cons:
- New arrivals at full price seem to go on sale quickly after I already made my purchase (just me??).
- They used to give up to 20% off with email signup, but can no longer find it.
The Real Deal With Coupons + Promo Codes:
I love a good deal as much as that next gal and I always pride myself on being able to find those hidden promo codes especially at the last minute. I’ve done a decent amount of research on this and what I’ve learned is that Anthropologie no longer issues out coupons unless it comes directly from them. I saw a bunch out there online, but when I tested them I couldn’t get any of them to work. I feel like that’s what always happens whenever I try that for any retailer. It does look like they’re partnered up with Groupon, so if there are any discount codes available that aren’t on their site, perhaps give them a try?
I actually emailed their customer service dept to ask about their coupons (and if they had any kicking around for me…I had to try!). They echoed what I thought about them giving them out (doh!), but they did recommend for me to sign up for their emails so I could be the first to know about upcoming sales and the eventual discount code. Can’t blame me for trying! They also have an entire section specific to promotions they’re currently running. Here’s that if you want to see it!
I always recommend to connect with them on their social media channels so you can be in the loop when new offers are being promoted (whether that’s exclusive sales or even coupons from time to time). Check them out and follow them on their Facebook page, over at Instagram too. Always worth the shot and, at the least, you’ll get inspired.
So for now, check out some of our fave promos from Anthropologie in January 2023.
