The Review Rundown:
My kids are a disaster. I mean that with love. But still, rug stains are something that I’ve just come to terms with over the years. When my kids were little it really forced me to just buy cheap junk rugs so that when (not if, but when) the rugs got destroyed I really wouldn’t care. Roll it up, throw it away, order a new one. Well now my entire house is basically filled with Ruggable rugs. I even have a seasonal theme during Christmas and then another theme during the summer. More on this in a moment.
I really fell in love with Ruggable because, in case you didn’t know, you can actually wash your rugs in the washing machine. I know, I was surprised too. The rugs come as two different pieces. The first piece is the lightweight rug cover and the second piece is the non-slip rug pad (always a must have). The rug itself is actually really lightweight, but not in a cheap way. It’s just easy to place down, pick up, move around…whatever. And, yes, I usually have to do that myself.
The Ruggable rug cover is stain resistant and water resistant. Now it’s not totally kid resistant so that’s when washing it really comes into play. The rug actually fits right inside your washing machine (well, most washing machines I’d assume). There are a bunch of different size rugs, but even their famous 9 x 12 one can fit inside most washers.
When your rug is finished in the washing machine you can even put it in the dryer (I recommend on a low heat). Then, that’s it! Simply place the rug cover back on the non-slip pad and you’re all done. I’ve had mine for about 9 months already and have successfully washed it 3 different times. It took a bit longer in the dryer than I originally thought, but I adhered to the low heat and just kept checking it. Depending on your rug choice they actually recommend to hang and air dry it. I think it’s the safest bet, but I prefer it in the dryer because in my experience it comes out a bit softer and comfier on my feet.
There are dozens (if not more) of different colors, patterns, and material options. And they always seem to be adding more. They have options in various sizes, too, like: round, 3 x 5, 5 x 7, 6 x 9, 8 x 10, and 9 x 12. They even have runners, which are perfect for your kitchen area. You’re likely to find something you love and they’re affordable enough that you could have different rugs for different times of the year. It’s a really easy way to change up the look and feel of your room without spending a lot of money. I truly love mine and I know you’ll love yours too.

- They have a ton of different colors, options, and styles to choose from (now more than ever).
- Sometimes drying in the dryer takes longer than planned.

The Real Deal With Coupons + Promo Codes:
Sure everyone wants to save as much as they can. I get that. I did too! I spent a decent amount of time researching all different sites online to try and find promo code offers or coupons that actually worked. Sadly, I always came up short. So I don’t have any of those to share with you, but Ruggable does offer 10% off for newsletter signup and even a way to get 15% off when you refer your friend to them. Even your friend will get 15% off, so that’s pretty cool. If the folks at Ruggable ever decide to send us an exclusive promo code for Jenraly readers, I’ll be the first to let you know. Here’s to hoping!
So for now, check out some of our fave promos from Ruggable in April 2021.
